At Quella Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride; if your new bicycle or accessory isn't perfect, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unassembled condition and returned in their initial packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Securely pack your bike or parts in the original manufacturer’s box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional collection for larger bike frames.

Inspection and Refund

Once our mechanics inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
